HISTORY

C&O Consulting Ltd. is owned and operated by CEO & President, Cheryl Alexander. Cheryl is a proud member of the Mikisew Cree First Nation, born and raised in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Throughout her professional career, and in particular during her time as the former General Manager of the Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association (NAABA) Cheryl saw the increasing need for Aboriginal Awareness Training, Team Building and Strategic Planning. As a recognized leader in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo Cheryl was in a key position to offer the training that companies needed to build important relationships with the Aboriginal communities and so C&O Consulting was started. Since it’s inception in 2006, C&O Consulting Ltd. has grown from its Customized, Personal and Professional roots into the incorporated company that it is now. With a variety of tailor-made courses and workshops in Aboriginal Awareness, Team Building and Strategic Planning C&O Consulting Ltd. offers local insight, credentialed expertise and strong leadership experience.

SERVICES

C&O Consulting Ltd. provides Aboriginal Awareness & Cultural Training,facilitates Strategic Planning Sessions and Team Building Workshops. In addition, C&O Consulting provides Aboriginal consulting services related to the development and execution of Aboriginal Engagement Plans.

Our client base includes Aboriginal businesses, Associations, Government departments, Schools, Oil and Gas companies, Non-Profits, Libraries, and Security Companies.
